The Cass Township Board of Trustees will accept bids to tar and chip approximately 9.1 miles of road surface within the township. The winning bidder will apply MC3000 at a minimum rate of 2850 gallons per mile. Maximum cannot exceed the rate of 3000 gallons per mile, and must be able to complete the job on or before August 31, 2022. The township will supply # 8 caprock. The Cas Township Trustees reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all submitted bids, under O.R.C. 5575.02.
