Lamar University is soliciting Statements of Qualifications for the selection of one or more firms to provide Indefinite Quantity-Indefinite Delivery HVAC Testing, Adjusting and Balancing Professional Engineering Services and related technical support for renovation, repair, minor construction and maintenance projects. The University designates the following person as its representative and Point-of-Contact for this RFQ. Respondents shall restrict all contact with the University and direct all questions regarding this RFQ, including questions regarding terms and conditions, in writing to the Point-of-Contact person via email only. Kelli Morris, Assistant Director of Procurement Services kelli.morris@lamar.edu RFQ submittal of questions deadline (12:00 p.m.) 03/28/2022 University negotiates fee and executes Agreement 04/21/2022. There will be no pre-submittal conference conducted for this selection process. The University reserves the right to reject any and all Qualifications and re-solicit for new Qualifications, or to reject any and all submissions and temporarily or permanently abandon the solicitation. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
