The City of Keene, New Hampshire is seeking statements of qualifications for Sludge Dryer Feasibility Study The City of Keene, NH is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to conduct a feasibility study for the installation of a biosolids dryer at its wastewater treatment plant. The City of Keene owns and operates a wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) that was constructed in the early 1980s. The plant is designed to treat an average of 6 million gallons of wastewater per day with average daily flows around 3 MGD. Current biosolids management includes an aerated sludge storage tank and 2 FKC horizontal screw presses. Dewatered biosolids are hauled and disposed of at Waste Managements Turnkey landfill in Rochester, NH.
