Site work for a road / highway in Swanzey, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Installation of 230 +/- feet of split rail fencing. Fencing to consist of a two rail system. Fencing material should be either Western Red Cedar or pressure treated Southern Yellow Pine. Rails shall be fastened to posts with ACQ compliant deck screws. The Town of Swanzey working with the State of New Hampshire D O T and Rail Trail Bureau to maintain, improve and expand the rail trail system. Currently we have a parcel located at 41 Summer St. that has, on occasion infringed upon this property with unapproved structures and uses. We wish to create a clear physical delineation to limit the amount of intrusion upon the land with the same. Access to the property will be by way of Town Property as the Town is a direct abutter to the South. The Town of Swanzey is soliciting proposals from fencing contractors for a 2 rail split rail fence.
