Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lincoln, Nebraska. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

Site Grading: To Land Excavating and Demolition for the following scope of work: a. Provide and install silt fence; remove at completion of grading; no maintenance. b. Provide two construction entrances as shown on plans; maintenance and removal by others. c. Sawcut and remove concrete as shown on plans. d. Strip site 6" and stockpile on site; install excess as non-structural fill. e. Excavate, fill and compact site to subgrade elevations. f. Haul in fill from Haymarket stockpile in non building areas as structural fill. g. Proof roll prior to placing any fill. h. Haul in borrow fill as needed to achieve proposed subgrade elevations. i. Rough grade site once plus or minus .10 ft.
