Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Brownsboro, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and playground / park / athletic field.
The 2022 Bond calls for: Increasing instructional space for welding classes, adding a multipurpose wet lab, and adding additional storage for materials and projects. Increasing instructional space for the Health Science program to include 2 additional classroom/lab space. Expansion of the Junior High Cafeteria. Resurfacing the track and field event improvements. Auditorium which will also in include dance classroom, theatre classroom and banquet space. As of November 10, 2022, the bond vote passed. A construction manager has been selected and no firm timeline has been established for the construction.
