Demolition, site work, environmental remediation, asbestos abatement and renovation of a civil project in Bermuda Run, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for environmental remediation for a water / sewer project; and for asbestos abatement for a water / sewer project.
This Contract includes modifying an existing pump station by regrading and raising the pump station site, replacing pumps, pipe, valves, controls and electrical equipment; constructing a small storage/chemical feed building; connecting to the previously completed force main installation; and removing the existing wastewater treatment facilities. PLEASE NOTE: In order to expedite the project, the Town is pre-purchasing and providing an emergency generator and automatic transfer switch for installation by the Contractor. Minority owned and female owned business enterprises are encouraged to bid. The Town of Bermuda Run reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids.
