As of July 12, 2022, no bids were recieved. No definite date for the rebid. The Work will include separate contracts for the following scopes of work: 1. Interior metal stud framing, drywall and suspended ACT ceilings 2. Doors, hardware and casework 3. Flooring, (demolition of existing and installation of new flooring) 4. Painting Bids must be on the forms furnished by the Owner. No bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond in the amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid total. Bid security shall be made payable to West Donegal Township. All Bid Bonds shall be in the form included in the Bidding Documents and shall be accompanied by a Power of Attorney from a licensed security company as described in the Bidding Documents. Performance financial security and payment financial security, each in an amount of 100% of the Contract price in the form set forth in the Bidding Document, and evidence of all required insurance as set forth in the Bidding Documents, must be furnished by the Successful Bidder prior to the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders are advised that each Bidder is required to submit a Statement of Bidder s Qualifications with their Bid. If the total Contract proposed by Bidder is equal to or exceeds $25,000, the Work will constitute a Public Works by a Public Body under Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act of August 15, 1061, P.L. 987, as amended, and Bidders are advised the Prevailing Wage minimum wage rates, promulgated by the Pennsylvania Secretary of Labor, which must be paid to workmen employed on the project if the total Contract price equals or exceeds $25,000, are incorporated in the Bidding Documents
