Unless stated otherwise all transformers are to be new, of the latest make and model manufactured and will include all basic equipment required for the proper operation of the transformer requested. All transformers are to be high-side rated 13,200 volts for use on a 22,860/13,200 volt system. All awards will be made on the TOTAL OWNERSHIP COST, based on the following Electricities of NC Total Ownership Cost Formula, as well as Delivery Time. Transformers rated at less than 100 KVA TOC -- Unit Cost + ($5.00 * No Load Loss) + ($1.90 * Full Load Loss) Transformers rated at 100 KVA and higher TOC = Unit Cost + ($5.00 * No Load Loss) + ($2.60 * Full Load Loss) All bids are to be submitted on this form only, vendor forms may be sent in addition to this form. The Town of Wake Forest reserves the right to reject any or all bids as submitted and to make any such award that is in the best interest of the Town of Wake Forest.
