The Contractor shall supply, install, and test a complete Synthetic Natural Gas (SNG) Back-Up System and will be compensated for the services in accordance with the service rates on Exhibit B-1, Public Works Rate Sheet. The Contractor shall include all labor, design, engineering, equipment, parts, devices, materials, tools, installation, supervision, inspection, training, licenses, permits, insurance, transportation, travel and per diem and any other costs necessary to perform the services for the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR), Inmate/Ward Labor (IWL) Program, California State Prison, Solano (SOL), located at 2100 Peabody Road, Vacaville CA, 95696.
