Renovation of a municipal facility in Vacaville, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The work includes upgrading electrical and security infrastructure at 13 existing pumping plants and well sites throughout Solano County including installing new service poles, electrical panels, conduits and conductors, fencing, grounding system, connecting new electrical feeders to existing pumps and wells, and coordination with PG and E. ENGINEER'S ESTIMATE: $1,250,000 Bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bidder's bond for ten percent (I0%) of the amount of the bid. Refer to Section 9A of the Instructions to Bidders for further instructions. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a labor and materials bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Refer to Section 4 of the General Conditions for further instructions. The Contractor may substitute securities for any moneys withheld to insure performance under the Contract in strict accordance with Section22300 and 10263 of the Public Contract Code of the State of California.
