The University of Texas at Tyler is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals ("Proposals") for selection of a General Contractor firm for the Library Restroom Renovations Levels 3 and 4 ("Project"), in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Competitive Sealed Proposals. Note from KEA General Contractors: *DUE TO THE REQUIREMENTS IN THE SOLICITATION, WE ARE REQUESTING THAT SUBCONTRACTOR PROPOSALS BE SUBMITTED 24 HOURS PRIOR TO THE BID DATE AND TIME TO GIVE US AMPLE TIME TO COMPLETE THE PROPOSAL FORMS AND HUB PLAN.
