INTRODUCTION
The City of Waynesboro (a.k.a. "City" or "Owner"), is seeking bids from qualified Contractors (a.k.a. 'Bidder", or "Vendor", or "Company"), to provide all labor, materials, tools, equipmentand incidentals as shown, specified, and required to:
o clean the storm sewer pipelines;
o clean inlets and manholes;
o provide pre-inspection CCTV footage of pipelines and manholes;
o receive City acceptance of post-inspection CCTV footage of completion of cleaning.
The City does not discriminate against faith-based organizations in accordance with the Code of Virginia, 2.2-4343.1 or against a Bidder because of race, religion, color, sex, national origin,
age, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, or veteran status or any other basis prohibited by state law relating to discrimination in employment. Faith-based
organizations may request that the issuing agency not include subparagraph "1.e" in General Terms and Condition "C". Such a request shall be in writing and explain why an exception

1. Field locating of all inlets and manholes along the storm sewer reaches to be cleaned.
2. Identify, capture and clean unmapped structures and pipe in the storm sewer reaches.
3. Normal and heavy cleaning of existing storm sewers.
4. Cutting of roots, sediment, intruding sealing ring material and objects wedged in pipe joints from existing storm and sewers.
5. Removal of debris from the storm sewer mainlines and inlets.
6. Removal of sediment from manhole walls, rungs, channel and bench.
8. Disposal of debris and sediment. The landfill weight tickets are to be provided to the project manager.
9. Cleaning up as the work progresses and after the completion of all work activities.
10. The work will be completed within 90 calendar days following the Notice to Proceed.
Bidders are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the conditions and objectives of the proposed scope of work. The Bidder shall submit a bid which demonstrates and provides
evidence that the Bidder has the capabilities, professional expertise, and experience to perform the work described herein.
