Contractor to provide all labour, materials, equipment, transportation and daily site supervision necessary to provide janitorial services in accordance with the Request for Proposal and Annex "A" - Janitorial Services, for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Punnichy, Saskatchewan, during the period of the contract. Routine cleaning is required 5 times a week. Hours to work of the cleaning staff will be determined by the Contractor and Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) prior to contract being awarded. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to two (2) additional twelve (12) month periods under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.
