The R.M. of Livingston No. 331 is accepting tenders for the mowing of our municipal ditches for the 2022 season. There is approximately 361.5 miles of roads that will require a top cut about July as well as approximately 223 miles of roads that require a complete shoulder to field cut before snowfall, about October. Mowing maps shall be provided. Please provide details and numbers of equipment that will be used for each cut The RM reserves the right to accept any tender, lowest tender will not necessarily be accepted, acceptance shall be based on a combination of price and quality of work. References from other rural municipalities are requested. Time will be of the essence of the Contract made with the successful bidder and the contractor will coordinate with the RM about completion dates If your signed tender is accepted by Council, the submitted tender will become a binding contract, with the instructions to form part of the contract.
