The Kingsville Housing Authority will receive sealed bids for a single construction contract for Renovations to Community Center Building, Kingsville, Texas. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Remodel existing Cafeteria to become Banquet Room, including new entrance and Mens and Womens Restrooms, 2. Interiors of offices and one small Conference Room. 3. Update exterior, including paint, column cover, entry work and some new windows The bonds shall be from a Company which is on the U.S. Treasury Department List. Attention is called to the provisions for Equal Employment Opportunity as set forth in these documents. Attention is called to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the specifications must be paid on this project. The Kingsville Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of bids without consent of the Kingsville Housing Authority.
