Renovation of a municipal facility in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,300-square-foot municipal facility.
The Township of Scott will be accepting bid proposals for removing, disposing and installing a new roof on the Scott Township Municipal Office Building (350 Tenny Street, Bloomsburg, PA 17815). The Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and prevailing wages are applicable and can be provided. 1. Remove and dispose of approximately 8300 sf of existing metal roofing. 2. Supply and install an ice guard material at the eave and valley locations with the remainder of the roof receiving a synthetic felt vapor barrier. 3. Supply and install a new 24-guage, 15" pan width standing seam roof with a stock color of the customer's choice. 4. Supply and install all necessary trims and closures needed. All trims to be made out of same material as roof (drip edge, rake trim, roof to wall, hip, valley, and peak cap). 5. A ridge vent foam closure will be installed at all peak locations to allow for ventilation. 6. Snow guards. 7. Rain Spouting for two entrances.
