Work includes but not limited to construction of 1,000 sf addition and 4,500 sf interior renovation with concrete foundations, steel frame construction, exterior plaza, concrete ramps, steel stud walls, gypsum board finishes, ceiling and floor finishes, HYAC systems, plumbing for 2 new kitchenettes and toilet room, power, lighting, and IT infrastructure.
