On behalf of the School Board of Polk County, SEMCO CONSTRUCTION, INC., the Construction Manager for the Bartow Senior Upgrade A/C in Building 12 , Project #P-02015, in Bartow, Florida, is currently accepting letters of interest and prequalifying subcontractors. Scopes of work: Demolition, Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Handrails/Metals, Millwork, Carpentry/Framing, Doors/Frames/Hardware, Framing/Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Painting, Floor Covering, Signage, HVAC, and Electrical/Low Voltage/Fire Alarm. All qualifications shall be submitted on the Construction Manager s form. Only those subcontractors that are pre-qualified will be allowed to bid this project. All subcontractors must be prequalified as a requirement to bid this project. DO NOT send bids directly to SEMCO Construction, Inc. MWBE Participation is strongly encouraged.
