The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Vendor(s) to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to service electric motor repair work (both in the field and in their shop). Such services will consist of, but not limited to, the repair and rewind or motors, field services in the removing and installing of equipment, predictive and preventive maintenance, rotating equipment, technical support, substantial inventory, panel shop capabilities and the ability to retrofit wells from existing turbine motors to submersible motors. Any inquiries, suggestions or requests concerning interpretation, clarification or additional information pertaining to the solicitation shall be submitted in writing prior to 5:00 PM at least eight (8) calendar days prior to the date when the submission is due. Contract term shall be for one (1) three-year (3) period. Upon mutual written agreement of both parties, the parties may renew the Agreement, in whole or in part, for a renewal term or terms not to exceed the initial Agreement term of three (3) years. The increments of renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the County as deemed in its best interest. The County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor irregularity or technicality in the bids received.
