Saving Project...

Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a civil project in Fairbanks, Alaska. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

Construction Range: $500,000 - $1,000,000. The Work consists of the construction of approximately 340 feet of six-inch HDPE forced sewer main and 760 feet of cement-lined ductile iron gravity sewer main and all associated manholes. All associated asphalt concrete pavement, concrete curb, gutter, signage, and light poles affected will also need to be salvaged and reinstalled or replaced. Construction, University of Alaska, 1850 Tanana Loop, Lola Tilly Building, UAF Campus, Fairbanks, Alaska. Parking is limited and bidders are advised to purchase a day parking pass at one of the campus kiosks prior to the time and date of the pre-bid site visit. Bid security is required to be submitted with each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. State law requires a bid to be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible "Alaska Bidder" after bidder's preferences and Alaska Products Preferences have been applied. Further instructions are contained within the Instructions to Bidders. The University of Alaska reserves the right to reject any or all bids, offers, or parts thereof it deems necessary, to waive any informality in the bid or offer received, and to award in the best interest of the University.
