The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for On-Call Architectural Services. This will be a competitive negotiation process. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The City intends to issue up to three, five-year term contracts for these services, to be used as the need arises. Services will be used for a variety of small and medium projects. Direct all inquiries regarding this RFP in writing to Rjahja Canlas, Design Construction Project Manager, by accessing the RFP from the City electronically by no later than 12:00 PM on April 6, 2022. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The initial contract will be from date of award through June 30, 2025. Commencement of Services June 2022.The City reserves the right to waive minor defects and/or irregularities in proposals, and shall be the sole judge of the materiality of any such defect or irregularity. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive minor irregularities in said proposals, or to negotiate minor deviations with the successful Consultant(s). The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
