The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for liquid cationic polymer for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The City of Roseville is soliciting bids for the provision of Liquid Cationic Polymer for the Dry Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant located at 1800 Booth Road, Roseville, CA 95747 (here after referred to as DCWWTP). Liquid Cationic Polymer is needed to dewater anaerobically digested sludge produced during wastewater treatment. The City of Roseville's DCWWTP will require enough polymer each year to process approximately 2,450 dry tons of sludge. Right is reserved to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any bid or in the bidding. The award of the initial contract will be based on the lowest responsive bidder for "Year 1" of the contract. The contract coverage period for the initial year will be from date of award through to twelve months (one year) from the start date. The City reserves the right to renew this contract for four (4) additional years, one year at a time at its sole discretion contingent upon satisfactory performance, pricing, and approval of funds by the City Council.
