Per the owner, as of May 3, 2022, the city is in negotiations with the prospective developer for this project. The owner states that the prospective developer has a development plan in place however that information cannot be disclosed at this time. The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the purchase and development of City owned property located at 401 Oak Street, Roseville, CA 95678. The project should complement existing and future uses in Downtown Roseville and that are consistent with the Citys long-term vision of Downtown. The proposed development plan may generate housing options for the community and consider opportunities for retail, offices and employment consistent with the propertys land use and zoning. The project should remain substantially consistent with the DTSP to ensure consistency with the design guidelines and the approved CEQA document. Interested firms will have an opportunity to submit questions regarding the requirements outlined in this RFP. While participation is not mandatory, interested proposers are encouraged to join in. In order to make the meeting more effective for all participants, attendees should read this document thoroughly prior to the meeting. Substantial clarifications or changes required as a result of the meeting will be issued in the form of a written addendum to the RFP.
