The City of Roseville has initiated a Design-Assist Construction Project for the design and construction of an 8 acre park site adjacent to a future elementary school, located within the Westbrook area of Roseville off of Solaire Drive. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks construction firms interested in the construction of this park site. While separate from the development of the school, construction may be concurrent with the adjacent school. In accordance with the provisions of California Public Contract Code, Section 3300, City of Roseville has determined that Contractor shall possess a valid Class A, B, or C-27 Contractor License at the time of contract award and for the duration of the Agreement. A C-27 license will only be accepted with demonstrated recent park construction experience where the firm fulfilled the prime contractor role. In all cases, the contractor must demonstrate recent experience in a Design-Assist or Design-Build capacity. Failure to possess the specified license or applicable experience upon submission may render the Proposal as nonresponsive and may act as a bar to award the Design-Assist Construction Agreement to any Contractor not possessing said license at the time of Proposal submission.
