Renovation of a municipal facility in Kinderhook, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This contract includes drawings and specifications prepared by Lacey Thaler Reilly Wilson Architecture & Preservation, LLP, 25 Monroe St., Albany, NY and Ryan Biggs Clark Davis Engineering and Surveying, D.P.C., 257 Ushers Road, Clifton Park, NY. All prospective bidders are encouraged to attend. The Village will issue an addendum in response to any substantial bidders' questions raised at the prebid conference. PLEASE NOTE that due to COVID procedures, all unvaccinated persons must be masked and observe 6-foot distancing. Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the NYS Department of Labor under the provisions of New York State Labor Law, as amended, apply to this project. Pursuant to the provisions of GML 105, no bids may be withdrawn unless there is no contract awarded for more than 45 days after the opening thereof. All bids shall contain the non-collusion certificate in a form meeting the requirements of GML 103-d. The Village of Kinderhook reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
