Renovation of a transportation facility in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
Installation of new Endra Drive direct drive motors and fans on cooling towers 5-8, provide new fan coil unit for the EMC UPS room, provide new Lakos filter on condenser water serving cooling towers 5-8, Diverter plate for Chiller #3, Chilled water pump replacement at GO Building and other miscellaneous items. The daily charge which will be assessed as liquidated damages pursuant to Section 8.3 of the General Conditions: 1.1.1.1. Aircraft Gates and Aprons: If work and clean-up of any construction site is not complete so that aircraft gates and aprons are available for use by aircraft, vehicles, and pedestrians as specified in Sections 01 11 00, 01 35 13, and 01 55 26, the Contractor will be assessed a charge of $5,000 per hour or portion thereof that the facilities must remain closed due to construction operations. 1.1.1.2. Final Completion: $500 per calendar day that Milestone is not accomplished per the Project Schedule as specified in Section 01 11 00 Article 1.5, Anticipated Project Schedule.
