Bids will be awarded on Monday, April 25, 2022 at 6:00 pm at the above address. All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Bids must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid forms may be obtained by calling 570-827-7892. Performance Bond is required. CINDERS: State approved and unapproved. 75 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building. SUBBASE NO. 2A CRUSHED LIMESTONE: State approved and unapproved. 250 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building and tailgate spread ANTI-SKID: State approved and unapproved. 25 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building. R-5 ROCK: 50 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the site. All deliveries will be discussed at the time of order. 2A: State approved and unapproved. 300 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building and tailgate spread. EQUIPMENT RENTAL: DUMP TRUCKS, EXCAVATOR, ROLLER AND SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT Prices per eight (8) hr minimum without operator and within eight (8) hours of request. Nelson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
