All work and material must meet current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and its Supplements. Bids must be upon the forms furnished by the Municipality. Bid forms may be obtained by calling 570- 827-7892. Performance bond is required. SUBBASE NO. 2A CRUSHED LIMESTONE: State approved and unapproved. 1000 ton, more or less with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building and tailgate spread NO. 2A CRUSHED STONE: State approved and unapproved. 1000 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the Township Building. NO. 2 RC: 1000 ton, more or less, with price per ton, delivered to the site. NO. 3&4 mixed: 200 ton more or less, with price per ton, delivered to site. All deliveries will be discussed at the time of order. Nelson Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids. Also reserve the right to change quantities as necessary.
