Renovation of a multi-residential development in Hamilton, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
CityHousing Hamilton is replacing the emergency generator at 30 Congress Crescent, Hamilton. Scope of Work includes: - Apply and pay for all required permits - Provision of temporary emergency power to building during construction - Removal and disposal of existing emergency diesel generator and associated equipment and components - Supply and install new natural gas-fired generator, exhaust silencer, all fans, venting and ductwork requirements - Restoration of finishes as required - Epoxy coat generator room floor - All associated Work in accordance with the Tender Specifications and Drawings. Bidders are advised of the following dates that shall be met: Substantial performance date shall be February 28, 2023. Project Completion Date shall be March 31, 2023 and liquidated damages shall be applied to the Project if not complete at that time.
