Proposals shall be filled in and properly signed by the bidder or an authorized agent of the bidder. Bids may not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the affixed time for the opening. Yds of milling. 1-3 Base replacement, replacement as needed. Item 2: Alternate Bid: An alternate list of additional streets may be considered by the Borough of Pottstown as an addition to the contract. The alternate list of streets may be selected as an individual street, several streets, or all streets on the list to be added to the contract.
