The site is located on the West side of FM 359 and North of Foster Creek Drive. ATTENTION: Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, unless you are a publicly traded entity or a wholly owned subsidiary of same, you must be able to provide Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 246 (the "District") with printed, executed and notarized copies of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295).
