Site work and paving for a road / highway in Ottawa, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Seal Coating, Culverts, Waterways, Stormwater Channels, Tree Cutting, Crack Sealing Repair and/or Maintenance, Asphalt Overlay, Street/Road Asphalt Resurfacing and Milling, Paving (Highway, Road or Street), Street/Road Asphalt Milling, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Pavement Resurface and Rehabilitation, Asphalt Pulverizing, Grubbing & Clearing, Erosion Control - Temporary, Paving (Asphalt or Concrete) Description: Project involves 1,850 SY pulverization, 275 ton of 2 1/2 " binder and 160 ton 1 1/2 " surface course of asphalt for Hunters Lake Road. 650 SY Mill and Overlay on Hidden Valley Drive, and 300 SY asphaltic patch and 4,300 SY of Flex Patch and microsurfacing on Gramling Circle. Mandatory Alternate includes 200 SY asphaltic patch and 2,200 SY of Flex Patch and microsurfacing on Pasteur Ct and removal & landscaping of abandoned Town roadway (500 SY). Additonal Description: All Work is included in a single prime contract. Bidding Documents, including Drawings and Specifications, may be examined at the offices of Town of Ottawa, and the Consulting Engineer during regular business hours. Construction time is of the essence. Completion delays are subject to liquidated damages. Town of Ottawa reserves the right to accept the most advantageous Bid, or to reject any and all Bids. Award of Work described herein is subject to the provisions of the Wisconsin Statutes.
