Eau Claire County is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide the Land Conservation Division with a Roof design prepared by a Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect that meets Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) standards and specifications as outlined in this RFP. The Contractor preparing the RFP will act as the General and is liable for all aspects of the project as outlined in the attached construction plan and roof design to be prepared by a PE or architect.
