As of January 5, 2023, an engineer has been awarded. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is expected to start May 2024. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: LOCATION: Chippewa Valley Correctional Facility, Chippewa PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Upgrade the administration building HVAC system controls including tie-in to the existing facility HVAC controls system. Replacement of the metal pan ceiling will be necessary and facilitate access to the components.
