Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Arlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
The work of the project consists of the renovation of the Robbins Farm Playground. Questions regarding this Invitation to Bid should be directed to Mary Ellen De Natale, Purchasing Agent for the Town of Arlington, at mdenatale@town.arlington.ma.us. Bid Deposits: Every Bid shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in an amount not less than 5% of the value of the bid, including all alternates. Bid deposits shall be in the form of a bid bond, or cash, or a certified check on, or a treasurer's or cashier's check issued by, a responsible bank or trust company. The successful bidder will be required to furnish, within 10 days of notification of contract award, both a Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials or Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100% of the contract. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities in, or to reject any and all Bids
