Reference number : 1585396 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-01 Submission sent electronically accepted: No Estimated value: $732,400 to $5,283,199 Purpose of the contract : the Municipality plans to carry out work to replace culverts and paving ( 2,500 m) on 5 th Rang North. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the plans and specifications produced by the municipality on March 3, 2022. The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or the other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council. This offer is conditional on the confirmation of the approval by the MAMH (Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing) of loan by-law #579, as well as any other authorization and right necessary for the realization of the project. A bid bond of 10% of the submitted price must accompany the bid. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
