Range $500,000- $1,000,000 Foundation Academies 363 West State Street Trenton, NJ 08618 Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Foundation Academies Board of Trustees (Board), Mercer County, New Jersey for the Foundation Academies Soccer Field and Parking Lot Modifications (Project). Commencing on March 22, 2022, Alternatively, bidders may email mardman@reynoldsgrp.com and provide the name, address and telephone number of the bidder and an electronic version of the documents will be emailed to the bidder. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:18A-26, in order to be eligible to submit a Bid for the Project, the Bidder shall be classified by the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC) as of the date and time of the bid opening in the following disciplines: C057 Landscape Construction C058 Underground Water and Utilities C059 Road Construction and Paving Additionally, as of the date of the bid opening, if the Bidder is not classified by the DPMC as C057 Landscape Construction, C058 Underground Water and Utilities, and C059 Road Construction and Paving, Bidder shall be required to contract with subcontractors that are classified by the DPMC as C057 Landscape Construction, C058 Underground Water and Utilities, and/or C059 Road Construction and Paving, and such subcontractor shall be named in the bid, and all documentation required by law and the bid specifications shall be provided. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the opening date. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive any informality in the bidding, as permitted by law, if it is in the interest of the Board to do so. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq., and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
