Renovation of a municipal facility in Trenton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 12, 2023, an award was made. The DPMC is seeking to engage the services of an HVAC Engineering firm and consulting team with the objective to upgrade the HVAC system at the William Ashby Building in Trenton, Mercer County, NJ. Five (5) air handlers located on the roof will be replaced. VAV controllers and boxes will be replaced as well. The facility concerns include the five Ahu’s located on the roof that are in poor condition and in need of replacement. Additionally, the building HVAC control system is categorized as obsolete and should be considered for replacement to provide greater energy and operational efficiency.
