For Professional Inspection Construction Services - Roundabout- Princeton Avenue(US 206Z) and Brunswick Circle Extension (CR 645) Proposals are solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq., and as such, firms are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of language in the New Jerseys Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 19:44A20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award. The County of Mercer is soliciting proposals through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. The United States Postal Service does not deliver priority or overnight mail directly to the County of Mercers physical address. If a bidder chooses to use the United States Postal Service, it is the bidders responsibility to ensure that the bid package is delivered by the bid opening date and time. Any bid document received after the deadline established by the Department of Purchasing will not be accepted, regardless of the method of delivery. Any Bid Addenda will be issued on the website electronically and processed in accordance with N.J.S.A. 40A:11-23(c)(1). All interested bidders should check the website from now through bid opening. It is the sole responsibility of the respondent to be knowledgeable of all addenda related to this procurement.
