CITY OF WALLA WALLA 2022 PHASE 1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS CALL FOR BIDS The City of Walla Walla, Washington (herein called the Owner) invites bids for the 2022 PHASE 1 WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENTS (PWE NO. WWTP2201). The project includes upgrade of the septage receiving station, replacement of grit removal equipment, tank mixers, sand filter rebuilds to include new sand media and underdrain nozzles, replace utility water pumps, new air compressor, aeration mixers, PLC upgrades, control panels and other work. The Contractor is subject to all requirements related to State Prevailing Wage Rates, EEO, and Washington State Contracting Laws, etcetera. The contract time for all work shall be 360 calendar days. Contract documents will be availed to Tuesday, March 22, 2022. The Contract Documents are available under eBidDoc #8156640. This project is (funded/partially funded) through the Washington State Public Works Board program with state funds. Contractors mut be licensed in the state of Washington. Only properly executed bids submitted on the form furnished by the City will be accepted. Award will be based on the total bid. The City Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or waive any defects therein.
