As of June 3, 2022 This project is awarded to Scarsella Bros., Inc with awarded amount of $4,980,096.27. This contract provides for the improvement of Mill Creek Road MP 1.10 to MP 3.96, by constructing block wall, installing new culverts, grading, placing crushed surfacing, HMA, and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Plans, Special Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. Utility relocations shall take place concurrently with construction. The following is applicable to federal projects, The Walla Walla County Department of Public Works, in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4) and the Regulations, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full and fair opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
