The Town of Palm Beach is seeking qualifications from professional architectural services consultants to provide ongoing consulting services on an as needed basis for the Town of Palm Beach. The intent of this Request for Qualifications is for the Town to select one or more Applicant Firm(s) capable of providing the Architectural Consultant Services specified herein. The Town of Palm Beach desires to engage one or more professional architectural services consultants on a continuing basis to perform design services, preparation of technical specifications, detailed design plans, construction observation, studies, landscape architectural and other professional architectural services. Anticipated work includes design of new buildings, renovations to existing buildings, upgrades to building infrastructure, improvements to site plans, master plans, landscape architecture, feasibility studies and related surveying and architectural services. The Town will require the consultant to provide complete professional architectural services including detailed design plans and technical specifications that meet projects scope of work both electronically and in hard copy format. Any oral explanation(s) given before the bid opening will not be binding. The Town anticipates entering into an Agreement with Firm(s) who submits the proposal(s) judged by the Town to be most advantageous to the Town. The contract resulting from this RFQ will be for a three (3) year period with options to renew for up to two (2) additional annual periods. All communications regarding this solicitation shall be handled solely by Town Purchasing Representatives. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
