**As of February 22, 2024 project was awarded to SYZYGY GLOBAL INC., awarded amount is $84323.30.** Ref. #: ITB 2023-50 The Town of Palm Beach, Florida (the Town), is hereby requesting bids from qualified firms to build a louvered Pergola shade structure, attached to the Mandel Recreation Center. Water tightness tests and electrical safety tests must be conducted post-installation. The contractor should install the system within 180 days of being awarded the project. Please read attached Scope of Work for full description. Question Deadline 09/22/2023 at 5:00 PM ET *The Town reserves the right to award to that proposer who will best serve the interests of the Town. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this Invitation to Bid.
