DESCRIPTION General Information about this solicitation: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida invites qualified and experienced companies to provide bid for a quotes to install an outside chair lift on the South side of the clubhouse. There are approximately 20 steps, and the distance is about 22 feet. The vendor will be responsible for all installation aspects, including permits, plans, construction, and electrical work. Prices quoted must be valid for the period of six (6) months. Shipping charges (if applicable) shall be included in unit Price Quantities are estimated and will not bind the buyer Terms of Payment: Net 30 days F.O.B.: Destination (West Palm Beach, FL 33401) Items shall be ordered via the issuance of Purchase Orders on an "as needed" basis for the term of the contract. Site visit will be offered upon vendor's request. The Town of Palm Beach reserves the right to award on an "All-or-None" basis to one bidder or to award on an "Item by Item" basis, whenever it is in the best interest or most advantageous to the Town of Palm Beach. Award may also be made with Primary, Secondary, and Tertiary suppliers. All bids shall be submitted on the Town provided forms. Failure to do so may be cause for rejection. All blanks on the forms must be completed. No modifications shall be made to Town provided forms.
