Deadline to submit Questions Jul 25th 2023, 5:00 PM EDT he Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified contractors to submit competitive bids to provide awning replacement and/or repair services. If your firm is interested in this solicitation and would like to submit a bid, click the "Prepare your submission" button below; selecting the button in no way obligates you to submit a response to this Request for Bid (RFB). AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder whose bid meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Request for Bid. The Town reserves the right to award to that bidder who will best serve the interests of the Town, and to accept or reject any and/or all bids and to award or not award a contract based on this bid proposal. Prices quoted must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days from the close of the bid. TERM: The first year of the contract shall terminate in concurrence with the end of the Town's fiscal year 2024, ending on September 30, 2024. There shall be four (4) additional one (1) year term options, based on mutual agreement and satisfactory performance, for a maximum contract length of five (5) years.
