Project Description: The Town of Palm Beach, Florida ("The Town") is hereby requesting qualified landscape contractors to submit competitive bids to complete a restoration project for at Phipps Plaza. Submitting firms are not permitted to self perform the following: *Irrigation *Hardscape (coral stone) *Electrician (landscape lighting) *Pool/fountain contractor (fountain restoration) Firms must submit a list appropriate subcontractors to perform the work listed above. Bidding firms must submit proof of having completed restoration projects at Town of Palm Beach parks for their bid to be considered responsible.
