Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center; fire / police facility; and municipal facility.
**As of May 8,2023 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on June 13th, 2023 (Next month’s Town Council Meeting).** The Town only accepts online submittal of bids through Bonfire, the eProcurement platform linked to the Town website, promoting a greener footprint. In order to participate, your firm must be registered with Bonfire; you may do so at NO charge. This ITB is advertised through Demand Star and Public Purchase, however, bids must be submitted through Bonfire. Written bids will not be accepted. The Town reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any technicalities or irregularities therein. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidders, whose bids meets the requirements and criteria set forth in this Invitation to Bid. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of ninety (90) days from the date set for the opening thereof.
