At this time the Town of Palm Beach has decided to cancel this solicitation. At the appropriate time this solicitation will be reissued. Town would like to thank all vendors engaged so far, and apologies for inconvenience Town of Palm Beach is soliciting for Construction Phase Engineering Services to complete the Midtown Seawall Replacement Project. The selected Construction Engineering Phase Service Contractor will collaborate and oversee work of the selected Construction Contractor (undergoing solicitation) based on design and specifications prepared by GHD. No proposer may withdraw their proposals for a period of one hundred and eighty (180) days from the date set for the opening thereof. Award shall be made to the Proposer which offers the best value to the Town. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive non-material irregularities or technicalities and to re-advertise for all or any part of this solicitation as deemed in its best interest.
