Renovation of a mixed-use development in South Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and incidentals required to prepare site to final grade, install landscape trees, plants, sod, and irrigation systems in accordance with the plans and as specified. These specifications are inclusive of a required guarantee, replacements, clean-up, maintenance services, and maintenance of traffic, all of which shall be included in the unit bid price for each tree Penn Park Neighborhood Resurfacing.
